Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your request:
Free cancellation: More than 30 days before arrival
30% charge: Between 20–30 days before arrival
75% charge: Between 10–20 days before arrival
100% charge: Less than 10 days before arrival Note: These terms apply only during the low season. Different conditions may apply during Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods.
Payment Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days before your arrival date.
